They just seem to be much less likely to *do* ridiculous things to people, or even have unchangeably difficult attitudes.

Of course it's possible, but when they do it it's usually easier to spot. And there's usually a more obvious "reason" for it.

Perceivers can be shitty people by getting nothing done (e.g. by sitting on welfare indefinitely being a massive anchor to the people around them).
I speculate that judgers would define more people as shitty people than perceivers would, as they confront other judgers with mutually exclusive agenda to their own, as well as lazy perceiver shits who get in the way. Perceivers tend to not tread on each other's toe's as much.
