The Beatles were one of if not the first to do the type of things they did, but they were nothing special musically. All of their songs bore me.

Black Sabbath or Led Zeppelin?

That's really difficult.

I'd have to go with Zeppelin, actually. Sure, sabbath made some serious shit happen with their three first albums, inventing metal for one (I use to imagine the song Black Sabbath to describe Ozzy Osbourne encountering heavy metal for the very first time), but Zeppelin just did so many awesome things.
