I don't think that has to do with Fe. In fact i do that quite often, i try listen carefully (even if i get distracted really easily) and most of the time when i see someone has the necessity of talking i'll probably give him my turn, mainly because i dislike when you have to say something and nobody lets you or they don't count on your opinion (for whatever reason it is, ranging from closed mindeness, not caring, prejudging by the social position one has, the image one transmits, etc) and it makes you feel bad, so i try to act according a model of good that i have set for myself. Or something like that.
I mean unless it is a specific situation in which i'm deeply touched and have to say a lot but not as a general trend.
I have english classes like 1 a week and the other day we had to talk about something that came to mind. Like a monologue, tell a story or whatever.
So i dunno why but the first thing that came to mind was the chupacabras aka goat sucker. The group reaction when i started with "The chupacabras blabla.... was oh god,

Freak, whatsoever.
I mean i understand the topic can be seen as somewhat stupid but fuck it, i wanted to talk about it screw universe. And the public reaction was too strong for my feelings, i started feeling kinda bad for it.
But then, hold on what was the point of the chat? was it to enrich our already pseudo intelligent minds? or was it to fucking develop some skills while speaking a foreign language?
From my experience when i have tried to introduce the topic of typology to friends i get similar results. The reaction is not that strong as it is with the chupacabras because the chupacabras is famous so society already has attached it to weirdos/freaks.
Sometimes i feel there's no hope for humanity.
