Not just the chad flexing his muscles, but a pose that gets you into a state of mind that you use:
-Resting one leg on the other
-A finger to the temple
-A squat
-Slouching into your chair
-Standing on your chair while squatting (I do this regularly, will take a photo sometime)

I use the finger on the temple if it's some good content.
A squat relaxes me, I feel very powerful as I wear DMs most of the time. I think a parallel is animals feeling anxious when their belly is exposed: In a squat my stomach is covered by my legs.
-I stand on my chair, like that dweeb anime guy L quite a lot. I change my posture a lot when sitting, it's probably for the better to be honest.
-I'm a long boi, so instead of lying one leg over another like that intellectual pose, I cross one leg over the other. Kinda like a graph with a positive x axis and a negative y(x axis is one leg, y axis is on the ground)

only halfway there
I dont do that but I have never met anyone who sits like I do. I think it started as a way to keep my laptop level and cool, now its second nature. Maybe something to do with soccer flexibility?

I never sit with both feet on the ground, they are always like this or one over the other, at the ankle like a good boi

Mm, certain movements usually get me in mindsets better than and certain posture, because I’m always in pain with my neck and back. But if I have to say, its rolling my shoulders back and using core to support my stance, knees loose. Sitting down it’s the same, just sitting.
With movement: stretching. Any stretching, mainly back, arm and neck.
