I have probably done ~25 different Myers Brigs tests both professionally done and others and none, none of them have said I am an S, so I am suprised to see that so many of you think I am an S.

Since all you guys can't agree which type I am what makes you all think you are right? Obviously the real issue is that you don't want me on this forum and I honestly wonder why.

I don't want you to leave this forum, but accusing me of lying about having overcome existential despair is bothersome-- especially since you did so by playing the age card. A better way to know whether I'd really overcome it would have been to ask, "How did you overcome existential despair?" because I wouldn't feel insulted (being young doesn't necessarily make me wrong) and we might glean something from each other instead of trading vitriol.

PS And if you'd like to know how I did, then feel free to ask. :)

Well, you see Duxwing, I did give myself an "out". Do you remember what that was? Humans are very resiliant and the more they are challenged, if they are a survivor, the more they grow as an individual. I am speaking as someone who has gone through far more than just anxiety and depression.

If you have overcome this obstacle, good for you. Just be sure it doesn't come back to haunt you. I don't mean to be rude, but I am just not interested in your drama story; if I want something like that I will ask my mom (ENFJ) how her day went.

Ah, OK. Thanks! But it wasn't dramatic at all. I just asked myself, "Why am I so miserable about the absence of meaning? Do I have a good reason? ... No."

That's it. That's how I overcame existential despair. I just became more throroughlgoingly logical and realized that my emotions were based upon irrational thoughts, and I corrected them. Easy as pie.

Correcting the thoughts was the easy part. Correcting the various emotional tangles (e.g., learned helplessness due to not exercising my will in so long) and the few remaining 'hidden' thoughts is the hard part.

Also the implication I get from the OP is not eliminating through genocide of a whole people group. The removal of that type in the population. Therefore anyone of this type would magically or maybe scientifically have there personality changed. to some other personalty type. In essence removing that personality type form the general public.

This my be due to my general bias to killing even 1% of the world random population would be hard if not impossible. Therefore if it was possible it should be just as easy to change there personality and go form there.
Taken on board.

Extra points for giving a situation where this has to take place.
In the near future, we make our first proper AI.

The AI, of course, is an INTP. That is, it's skills are our skills. The AI develops a better version of itself, the Mark 2. Then it backs itself up for safekeeping, and overwrites itself with the Mark 2. Then it makes a Mark 3, and a Mark 4, and a Mark 5, in similar manner. By the time it gets to Mark 30, it's smarter than every INTP that has ever lived. It keeps going, and reaches Mark 1,000. It can answer any question and develop any theory than any INTP could. If any INTP is needed, it can copy itself in minutes, onto a new computer.

All INTPs are now superfluous. Other types can do things that the INTP AIs cannot, and so for the sake of efficiency and productivity, the INTP AI comes to the conclusion that all INTPs should be changed to other types.

The selection of which type each former INTP is to be changed to, is calculated, by first calculating the optimal proportions of the types, and then the INTPs are proportioned into the ratios that can get the other types as close as possible to the optimal proportions.

So, INTP.

Easy peasy.

The INTP AI would then develop the Mk. n version of all the other types and replace them with robots.

MBTI tests, when you have taken so many of them, can become useless as you develop a biased approach to them. You look for the answers that represent the personality you want. I do think that you may have mistyped yourself. Perhaps you should study the functions and spend some time trying to better understand yourself.

The data the others have given you should help, if you are wise enough to listen. If not, tis no skin of my back.

You come across as a Egocentric. Chances are you won't listen.

And I cannot speak for everyone but I am sure most people do not care whether you stay or go.

Anyway, to get back on topic, ESFJ's have to go.
