I grew up in a pretty SFJ environment, so I had to adjust and "get it." I have always appreciated the ESFJ tendency to be direct / up front in our interactions, to be honest; it beats having to second-guess what is going on. it can just be a little intimidating until I got used to the style, but it's all good at this point.
