also there is a whole chapter of these scenarios in which people die because they havent wrapped their brains around the paradigm change. Little sub stories that seem very plausable.

I have the Tao of physics but not knowing physics very well, I'm afraid it may go over my head :-) I read the Tao of Pooh once some time ago but it didn't really stick in my head.
Yes, it seemed to me that it was very like the state of being an infant. One has no real "sense of Self" The word, " I " suddenly becomes a meaningless word and the word, " Me" encompasses all ....

That is NOT how one eats oreos! You put the whole oreo in your mouth and take a swig of milk so the whole cookie gets all soft and wonderful all over all at the same time and you spare your fingers! This is rather difficult for me though since I have a small mouth.

Minneapolis is legit, the only better midwestern city is Chicago. I love both, but Chicago has a much cooler history and culture. Minneapolis is really growing as of late though, it'd be a fun place to live for sure.
Minneapolis/St. Paul is great. Everyone from Duluth (at least youthfully speaking) tries to move to 'the cities', referring to Minneapolis/St. Paul. My older sister and brother both have lived in the suburbs of Minneapolis my entire life, so I've been there quite a bit. I'd much rather be there than here in Duluth. What's your internship for? Do you have a BA? If so, in what!? I'm still a semester off from a BA but only in general studies, and I'm heavily contemplating going back to school, I just don't know what to major in or what to pursue... which sucks.

Ha! I love having weird, long, trips that take way longer than they should. I think it's because I generally secretly hope I never actually reach my destination.
During that time I ended up fighting my way through all the crazy hip deep snow with my little compact car in order to shuttle everybody up to Portland because I'm the only one who knows how to drive in snow. I think I spent most of that trip driving sideways with the passengers screaming. Epic.Yeah, I should have learned my lesson the first time, but alas Blob returned when I started posting.
