After reading the results of a brief google search, I can't get an accurate reading on this site.
Their own site (not the most reliable place to look, I know) answers some of these questions here: http://www.wirefly.com/learn/how-to/how-can-wirefly-offer-such-great-deals/
However, apparently a lot of people have trouble with Wirefly and Inphonic (some other company they work with). The complaints come mostly from rebates (odd, since wirefly.com claims they don't even offer rebates) and other scam-based customer service complaints. Some people have, however, had success with them (or don't know they're being ripped off), so I really can't tell if they're legit. They're not as easy to sniff out as some other sites such as beezid.
