I’d say it depends on how hsp you are. Sensitives tactile is amplified a lot, and often experience things strongly, deeply, extremely. The percentage is more like 150%.

Hormones play a huge role in this. If you fall in love, all colors are awesome, everything comes alive and you feel like you are in a timeless piece of existence.

Roses are red, violets are blue, etc.

Then things like hunger - even a little hunger can make an hsp into an irritable moody crank until they get fed. Temperature feels extreme to us too.

Art in museums turns the brain on in unbelievable ways.

Don't know if this is relevant but the texture of whatever that is in my mouth is extremely important to me. I get an instant gag reflex for certain types of textures
