Hi all, this is my first post. I found this forum last night while in existential crisis mode and while reading through threads I ended up feeling much better. Knowing that people before you struggled through the exact same questions is immeasurably reassuring.
Basically my freakout was about, "why can't I ever make decisions or come to conclusions," questions which have gotten plenty of airtime on this forum already. Unfortunately I was in a place last night where the hope of ever solving my indecision seemed like it had dwindled to nil. It felt weirdly calming to read posts about people's difficulty ordering in restaurants or one post I read from 2010 where a guy felt like he couldn't date because his indecisiveness didn't fit the masculine stereotype. These are the kinds of concerns I think about all the time. While I'm still not thrilled to maneuver my way through an extravert-dominated society, at least I don't feel so alone now.
