staring at a blank wall for a long time (close range) helps clear the mind and mental state
i struggled with mediation but then i realize this is another method to clear overthinking
it boosts focus and concentration
i ask myself whats the easiest mental thing the brain can do, it is staring at a blank wall or a blank sheet of paper
try to combine meditation with this, and overthinking will dimminish by half.
