Not able to connect directly

So, I wasn't able to connect directly from my network, from Singapore. I'm now able to do so with a vpn. Anyone else faced any issues like the one I described?

I've never had anything like this, it was really just for the forum and not for anything else ? How did the problem show up ? The site just wouldn't load ?

I tried again today. This time I'm connecting with VPN again today but the server is somewhere in Singapore.

Pretty interesting that I can't connect directly. My guess would be that the subnet is blocked by the host server from connecting for some reason or other. :/

Everything else works fine though.

Forum maintainers can confirm this. Sure there's someone here who maintains the server config.
