I want to introduce James George Thirlwell to you. Personally I think he's a goddamn genius, I could listen to his music all the time. And I was suprised that I didn't find anything about him or his music in this forum.

The genre is mostly (old school) industrial and darksome experimental music. I guess you have to listen to it for yourself. I think many INTPs are into experimental music, thats why I want to hear your opinion about it.

Also, if anyone knows him, what type do you think he is? I'm not really good at this, but I would think he's a rationalist.

Here some good examples of his music:
(Videos of his music sadly get deleted quickly most of the time)

I am very curious about your opinions. :)

The first, "The Throne of Agony", was really good, the others are cool too but the first stood out the most. They have a niche thing going for them like Morphine if you've ever heard that band. The sound is like Kyuss + Clutch + Judas Priest. Nice.

I normally have my few bands/musicians I listen to, guess thats why I didn't know any of the bands you mentioned (except for Judas Priest - everybody knows Judas Priest), but wow, they're all pretty cool! I just listened to some samples on last.fm, but I'm sure I will occupy myself with them tomorrow or so (Kyuss, Clutch, Morphine - in that order). Thank you for that!
I also saw the Iggy Pop video you postes in the "What songs put you into your happy place?"-thread and liked it. Seems like you have a pretty nice music taste.

[It's 5:37 am, I haven't slept yet and school starts at 8:00 am. Fuck, yea! I love being an INTP :D]
