For Non-Americans, What Weather Service do you use?

The reason I'm asking is, I want to find alternate weather prediction sources in case USA's systems go down.
(Funding could be removed for example). What about other countries that USA could look at if ours goes down? Need links if possible.

The thing about weather systems is that national systems usually (most probably) only covers their own jurisdiction. South Korea's weather service usually only covers the Korean peninsula, and the Japanese services only cover the Japanese archipelago, etc. I think maybe looking into a Canadian source might be your best bet, since they're on the same continent. I feel like this question would fetch better answers on reddit.

ok, thanks, its just that I'm thinking since some countries have spaghetti models of hurricane paths, that I could use those. I tried to post a question on reddit and I can't figure out how to. So, still, links of anything would be helpful if anyone has them. For example, military websites might have world wide information.
