When looking into information metabolism @fractalwalrus brought up, I took a quick test and it looks like I am this type. ENTp has in order: Ne, Ti, Fi, Se, Fe, Si, Ni, Te - this type is Don Quixote the inventor. ESFJ is it's Anima.

Socionics was invented in Russia.

Has anyone here studied socionics?

Could a computer like IBM Watson be used to data mine the Internet for type interactions using info metabolism?

I have studied it before, but I am by no means an expert. It is classified by most as pseudoscience (and so is MBTI), but it is an elaborate theory that may pique interest nonetheless. A good resource for it is: https://www.wikisocion.net/en/index.php/Wikisocion_home

As for the IBM Watson question, I believe that would involve classifying the components of intertype interactions into their constituent information elements, and then identifying the frequency at which an individual tends to favor certain elements in order to get an estimate of their favored elements. Then, one would also have to do this with the elements of the other individual in the interaction in response to the elements presented by the first individual. The theory would suggest that there is a predictable pattern to how an individual would respond to an interaction given the display of a particular element. If IBM Watson can do this level of analysis, then this is possible.

The Ego is where a person places most of their attention I believe. The most conscious and regulated mediates between desires and responsibilities.

The Persona is what is presented to the outer world. The mask and the role one plays as the actor in life. Gives the person a place to behave as they should or are allowed to.

The Anima / Animus is the true nature of self where one becomes the reluctant apitimus of that one represses and holds in high regard.

The Shadow is the opposite of but also the weaker side one has no abilities in so becomes hopelessly lost in trying to become it. Yet is important for individuation.

Shadow comes out in times of stress. So, you, (as ENTP) would be inclined to run circles around an INTJ whom you deemed to be domineering using their natural abilities in an instant to prove a point. This would be sustainable in an instant, but not in the long run. But yeah, good synopsis here.
