I get these all the time.
Radar Decoy
Probably already exists, basically just a miniaturized stealth jet that listens for enemy radar and responds with a spoof signal, basically saying "you can't see me or if you can you don't care because there's something much bigger just behind me" the idea being to cause the enemy to waste radar guided missiles firing at nothing or to provide a distraction, y'know keep those interceptors low on fuel.
Cheap Radar Decoy
The shell of a much more expensive craft over a cheap engine and frame, some missiles cost tens of thousands of dollars so if they're used to destroy targets worth half that then who's winning really?
Sheep/Goats
A walking robot that looks like a domestic quadruped, not fast but quiet, looks like a regular animal on thermal, might just be a visual/auditory spy, might have onboard explosives, might have a sniper rifle up its ass, could even walk across a road/path shitting caltrops, the possibilities are endless.
Flying Tripod
Inspired by the ParaMoto Trike it's just the same thing, ruggedised, autonomous and with a gun mounted on it, and if it could parachute down vertically that would be ideal, making it a remote controlled sniping platform, supply delivery vehicle, scout, or even a light assault platform for difficult terrain.
Flying Aircraft Carrier
This is just silly, but cool, obviously unmanned, a giant flying wing fuselage (it will never land and I have no idea how you'd get it up in the first place), possibly nuclear powered, slow as hell (it will have to be the most efficient aircraft ever built) and probably has a turning circle that just fits in UK airspace. The scenario in which such a thing is practical is absurd, you have to assume your enemy has absolutely no anti-aircraft capability at all and can get around fast enough to warrant this thing chasing them, it's never going to happen.
Ground Affect? Also absurd.
Hydrofoil? Also absurd.
Submersible? ...
Submersible Aircraft Carrier
If unmanned this thing could be an utter bastard, typical submarines are relative to their weight incredibly fragile because the pressure differential works in favor to any external pressure, say from an explosion. But if there's no people inside and the armor is designed to be compressible (like a rubber shock absorber on a dodgem-car) then the pressure needed to damage the armor/frame increases and on a larger craft with thicker armor and/or a greater capacity for compression (thus absorption) there's fewer and fewer things that even have a chance at damaging it.
Now long range sonar is a sketchy business and radar isn't going to spot this thing either and with the right camouflage you won't spot it from space, unless you're looking with IR but there's ways of making that harder to spot/identify. So to find this thing you need to get close to it, which will be a pain in the ass because being an aircraft carrier it can find/track/attack you from a LONG range, light aircraft will struggle to carry enough firepower to damage it (especially while being attacked by interceptors) and aircraft are usually a submarine's worst enemy making an aircraft carrier the last thing they want to get close enough to be spotted by.
Of course nothing is invincible but in terms of diplomatic power the threat of an aircraft carrier can be crucial, the prospect of one that could be anywhere would give whoever owns it a leg up in negotiations.
