I've noticed that my Intuitive friends are consistently nicer/less harsh when contrasted with my Sensor friends. This is especially apparent when I look at the differences between: ENTP/ESTP, ENFJ/ESFJ, INFJ/ISFJ. I've been wondering, what qualities of intuition tend to soften characteristics of...
Peter, from Family Guy, said this to Lois. But, it applies to me, too (and, to some extent, all introverts). I'm not correct about everything, nor do I presume to be; but, my friends insist that I'm usually right about things. I appear to be correct often because I don't butt in on subjects that...
It's been my experience that people look at Ni as a mystical function, because of the foresight capabilities of Ni-doms. Ni's "mystical" abilities comes from its prowess as a system-building function. Ni's main reason for existing is to improve predictability (in different situations). I saw...
This is something I've been working on. The problem isn't knowing them, it's that after I know them, it's easy to map out their reactions to things, where we're going to have problems, etc. I've learned to take it slow when I meet people, and not try to" get to know them" all at once.
The thing is: he wasn't even driving.
Anywho, his idiosyncrasies are starting to bother me. He's overly pushy, he fantasizes about committing acts of violence on random strangers (mostly men, which leads me to believe that he has masculinity issues), and he's loud.
I've found it helpful to look at the inferior functions. I had some doubts that I was INTP; someone suggested INFJ, so I looked at the functions, and I really connected more with the inferior Se of the INFJ than the inferior Fe of the INTP.
I made a new friend in my math class, and we've been hanging out for a while. I've typed him as an ESTJ; he said to me, one day, "if someone of authority is teaching me something, I'm gonna listen" (Si? Or Te?) He tends to hurt other people's feelings without noticing (Te), so that's how I got...
You're just going to have to deal with it (at least, that's how I go about it). Would you live your life any differently if you knew the world was fake? Because you would still be subject to physical sensations; most importantly, pain (which can be used as a consequence for not following the...
Pain is mostly in your head, it's how your body says "don't do this, you might damage yourself." I can usually ignore pain one I remind myself that it's in my head.
I have no problem with mature types, I can hang out with any type as long as they're mature. However, a lot of people (intuitives and sensors) never mature past a certain point, and that's where problems arise.
Introverted intuition is like having a weird feeling that something is going to happen (and a lot of times it does) or having a "feeling" about people. One of the times I remember most clearly was the first time I got caught stealing. I was walking around the store with my friend (we had a...
That's what she gets. I live with an isfj and they are a nosy bunch, then they get mad when they find out something they weren't supposed to. They're like those idiots in scary movies who stick their hand in a mysterious hole/crevice and get it ripped off.
You do realize that spiders' bodies are extremely small compared to human bodies? Plus, they're a completely different species (they aren't even mammals); and I couldn't find any info on the doses given to the spiders.
I only like hugging people I'm attracted to, and a few good friends. However, I usually hug friends that I haven't seen in a long time, because hugs help reinforce bonds between people.

" First, some background. The problem with all simulations is that the laws of physics, which appear continuous, have to be superimposed onto a discrete three dimensional lattice which advances in...
Re: Shaving is self-hatret
Hey, it takes a lot to post a personal opinion on here because a lot of time it gets torn to shreds by people who, I think, are just bored.
Re: Shaving is self-hatret
It's hygiene, not self-hatred. I keep my hair short because it's easier to clean (and I spend less money on shampoo, and less time getting ready).
I've noticed, but there's nothing I can do about it. Plus, I don't do anything extremely illegal (smoking weed is about as illegal as I go); I know that's not a good way to look at it, but that's how I look at it because it makes me feel better :D
I got Kosh. A reclusive seer shrouded in riddles, you reveal very little and only what is deemed congruent with your plans.
Understanding is a three edged sword. Your side, their side, and the truth.
