Bill Gates strikes me as ENTJ. Don't get INTP seeing as he is more interested with roll-out & strategy than with structure. His behavior in the college days of only giving a shit about things related to his work sounds like a Te-dom.

Im thinking that Eminem is probably an INTP. He has strong morals, definately a small circle of friends, and his lyrics are all so well thought out. He prefers not to speak in front of a large audience and avoids media attention. Most of his songs are him expressing his thought process and making it rhyme.

Maybe not so modern but im pretty sure Siddhartha Gautama was INTP.
