I have two questions to ask but maybe we can turn this thread into a questioning forum where something doesnt add up in intps.

1 regarding intps and social phobia/social anxiety whatever you want to call it. The NT's are often referred the rationals in many websites but intps are also popular for having social phobia which are constant irrational beliefs (being in danger etc.) How does this add up in terms of being the most rational personality out there.

Another question is in regards to our P instead of J. I know that J's seek closure much more than P does. However, when we seek information we are very curious into knowing things that we input into our "system" of logic. But if we do not seek closure how can we be so sure into knowing that the information is valid and able to store it into our system?

I think i might've found the answer to the 2nd one but im going to post it anyways to see what u guys think

Study the functions. INTP's have Fe in the inferior position which causes the social difficulties.

Because the dominant Ti is a judging function, and the auxiliary Ne is an extraverted perceptive function. The final (problematic) preference goes to the first function which extraverts it, hence with Ne INTP's are labeled as being perceivers, despite being dominant introverted judgers.

Sorry but i dont have too much knowledge about MBTI yet as im still looking it up, but if u can clarify.

so INTP's are

Dominant: Introverted Thinking
Auxiliary: Extraverted Intuition
Tertiary: Introverted Sensing
Inferior: Extraverted Feeling

So does this mean that we only use these 4 functions and not the other 4 with Fe being our weakest function?

and when u say Ne INTP's you are pretty much stating a young INTP correct?

Read the past few pages of the Ask Architect thread for details on this topic. Also PersonalityJunkie.

Being young doesn't have anything to do with it.
