Did he deserve it? What was the argument about? Is jane a crazy bitch?

Without knowing the details and context of Jane's argument with her boss, it's most prudent to charge her for the exact cost of the damage. If I knew more about why she lashed out, I'd be more comfortable in altering the amount that she should be fined.

I understand Zombie's point, and I'd ask the same question, but

really, you don't bash up someone's car. You fantasize about it, maybe, but you don't do it. After three years of employment, if she felt it was wrongful termination, threatening language, or harassment, she should have gotten a lawyer. What possible good could come of her actions? It won't get her job back or make her more employable. No matter what was said in the argument, this was a stupid move.

Can we find out the results of the poll when it is finished?
