I've been toying with this and it seems very limited. It doesn't even make coherent comments on most things I say. I wonder how it works?
Edit: haha, according to the disclaimer at the bottom it learns from the users, so no wonder it seems extremely stupid when I talk to it. If it being subjected to the mass amount of people that use the internet, it will not talk intelligently. I'd like to see how this thing would talk if only given access to talk to intelligent people.

Supposedly it picks up patterns in human language and emulates them.
I agree it is limited, especially at following a conversation. Some things it says are still fairly clever, though.
