Motivation

How do you guys find motivation to do stuff? I for one can almost never find the motivation to begin any sort of activity or project (eg. homework), and when I do I can never actually force myself to finish it. Alternatively, I start something such as homework with great enthusiasm and then go back to edit what little writing I have done before I even manage to get an idea written down properly, eventually realising that completing it up to standard is impossible and giving up on the entire thing until the minute before it's due, often failing to finish it before the teacher comes to collect it and end up not handing it in. Any suggestions on what I can do? Is there anyone else who have the same problem or am I just abnormally lazy and procrastinatory?

Hmmm...methamphetamine? Oh wait...yeah don't worry. When money and paying the bills becomes an issue you'll suddenly find yourself with more motivation than you can stand.

Hint: Adopt and stand by your own standards instead of worrying about measuring up to everyone else's. No matter how much time and effort you put into something, it'll never be good enough for them.
