Someone told me, that my biggest defect is being too calm, too rigid.

I ask again for advice.

How can INTP be more energetic, dynamic, alive?

Is it even possible?
Is it worth to?

I know I can accept myself the way I am, but it's again, when I lose something, because I'm too calm, quiet, rigid, impassiv.

whether it is worth it or not depends

Here is my advice: ignore that someone. Even if it is someone you care about, that doesn't make them right, or give them the right to criticize you when you aren't hurting anyone.

I spent years trying to be someone other than who I am. I pretended not to be as smart as I am, dumbed down my vocabulary, and actually practiced giggling in a mirror. All of this was to please others, and conform to their idea of who I should be. And it never worked. They didn't like me any better, and I liked myself less.

Just keep going. INTPs get happier with time and experience. For now, you are fine the way you are, and if you strive to become more than that, then you will be acting like most of the INTPs I know.

I do have one suggestion. Try an acting class. I did, and it helped my confidence. I expect I now seem more dynamic, too. It was fun and useful, so if that is available to you, you might want to give it a try. But do it to please yourself.

INTP's can be dynamic and energetic if they have the motivation and the environment to do so.

Yes.

Well, try it first and see if you like it.

This one. I actually become "extraverted", or very energetic in the situations when I do something that excites me, that is interesting, with other people. I am most dominant at times like this, able to organise others and having fun together.

As Trebuchet said, going against the |internal| flow in this case, makes you lose energy and motivation.

It is great if you can find an enviroment that accepts you, while you like being a part of it.

It is also great to connect things that excite or interest you with the way you make your living or spend most of your life on.

It would be perfect to join an enviroment that accepts you that you love with things that interest you and spend most of your life on it. But I wonder how many achieved these two things in one place and time. Simple stuff, but repetition may be helpful.

People will appreciate you more if you have self-confidence. If your friend is telling you that you're wrong about life, and you believe them, then it is a lack of self-confidence that is your real problem.

Unless your friend has everything you wish you had, and you really look up to them, and wish you were them instead of yourself ..... then by all means proceed, feed off their confidence.
