I believe these are staples, but each and every "typist" has their own spin on it so it's important to read it all, get a sense of what's out there, and then deciding what your take on it is.
Also, do research on the 8 cognitive functions. If you havent typed yourself, do so, and try and identify your functions and how you use them.
YouTube is a good resource, but it is, of course, flawed. There are some good videos and some bad videos. Watch specifically videos on cognitive functions.
Michael Pierce (or Michael Peirce?) Is a good resource for each type.
