The control part is correct but I think this portrait diminishes how Te is done.

Te is empirical so if a person is controlling people or things it matters what the aim is.

ENTJ just wants to know what is the best production of said aim so telling people what to do is part of it but if ENTJ just wants to be productive themselves then they will find a role where they can do what needs to be done. Te to the ENTJ is just about finding how results come to be.

INTJ are more subtle in that they observe more than they produce so they will choose when to act at key moments.

ENTJ - learn what works when

INTJ - learn when to intervene to get something to work

Same for INFJ and ENFJ - because of Ni but with people Fe.

ENFJ - learn who/how to influence

INFJ - learn when to influence others
