Maybe some perspective and context need to be given... Dude is an ESTP, I've watched some of his videos.. and his brother is an INTP( And I suspect his bro to be the subject of this video).
I guess that weird as INTPs are and act , he found himself wondering why his brother was such a crooked man...

And yeah, we prefer questioning, clarifying and deconstructing rather than directly answering a question... maybe because of the P... And nope every INTP doesn't enjoy limbo IMO; I never limboed and I will certainly never play that stupid game !

According to socionics xSxPs (ESTP in video) tend to ask lots of personal and specific questions because they are Ne challenged.

xNxPs probably try to hide their poor assertiveness in someway. Maybe by trying to show their self discipline by pointing out single situations where they showed their greatness to the rest of the world.
