Mostly I have nothing to do all day and I have no money.

So I spend all day online.

This caused extreme anxiety depression and anger.

Because of ADD, I have trouble learning in certain ways.

Thinking is somewhat difficult.

The energy is not there.

Never can get any rest.

It is about my emotional state.

And it is about my inability to sit still.

Sleeping all day does not feel good.

And I have no friends to do things with.

I need to change something to calm down.

I need to go slower and reflect more.

Things need to happen differently than they did before.

i'm not gonna claim to know what your situation is exactly like, i know you've been dealt a pretty tough hand in many aspects, and might have ADD for all I know, but... ive seen your code, and you're clearly good enough to make something out of it. And you're clearly able to to learn well enough to learn code. You might be justified in having the excuses you have, I dunno, but to me it seems you're creating additional hurdles for yourself with 1) self-doubt, and 2) escapism of various sorts .

my advice would be: stop dreaming about creating superhuman-AI holographic girlfriends, do some coding projects of practical significance, make a git repository, and see if you can get a coding gig somewhere

Generally you are hooked up on internet for long, just like most people, so in order to get used to other things you need to give your brain readjustment period, for it to level off and the dopamine will fluctuate as will motivation.
Essentially relearning and stuff to not be stuck.
Also its OK if it takes longer to get unstuck.
Sometimes it takes days or weeks.
Just create habits that will help you do the things you feel you should be doing rather than the ones that make you feel stuck.
Like I created a habit of having a study desk where I read my language studies.
So when I want to get unstuck I just go to my study desk and read a open book of latin for instance.

Once your habits get established over time the changes will happen faster, and you will get unstuck. But if you built so many strong habits that are now not working your brain needs time to rewire it self.

SO do many small habits or micro habits that will detox your from internet addiction.

oh and it does not mean you have to quit internet right away.
It just means you build up tolerance for doing other things.

Actually, now that I think about it, our debate in the other thread got a bit heated. So I am sorry if I caused any anxiety or depression or anything to trigger bad mental health. I was just trying to stick to the argument, but sometimes I can be a bit strong, so I am sorry if I upset you.

write down a list of things you can afford, or things you cant afford
