How do we attract more people to this Forum?

This place has had some resurgence on activity, but the people who're active are the regulars, and I think I'm one of the the newest active regular member here and I've been here for 3 years. A forum without new participants is a forum waiting to die, and I haven't seen this Forum promoted very well on other Mbti site and forum like r/intp, Personality Database, and mbtiforum.

So, I propose that we promote this site on simmiliar forum and communities that mighty have aligning interest to the format and interest here.

Imo the best advertising is to simply have interesting conversations and engage in debates with, if not good manners, at very least a willingness to have a debate and actually respond to points made with counter-points.

There's no point bringing people here if all they're going to see is a dismissive thread-derailing shit show of off-topic ranting.

With my last thread I was so disgusted I almost deleted it out of spite.

Sure the things I said were controversial but it's not very interesting to talk about a topic or make a point that everyone already agrees on. Now that being said I wouldn't advocate being controversial solely for the sake of being controversial, you need to actually have a point worth making. Still we need people to post threads about topics worth discussing or no discussions are going to happen and that is a dead forum.

When interesting discussion are happening people will wander in of their own accord, we get hundreds of lurkers every day, all they need is a reason to stay.

We don't really know how to leverage what we got.

We don't have much insight into how the traffic we're already getting (search engines/external links/personal referrals).

We don't know why necessarily the people that do create dynamic conversations are staying and why other people leave.

It's a complete and total mystery that honestly will probably bring discomfort to any of the users who try to investigate it. Truth hurts.

If there was an Intpforum app in Google Play store and Apple that might make it appealing to more people, although I'd still prefer accessing the site via web browser.

There are a lot of interesting people and ideas to be found here, but I like it with the community it has been, not to sound like I want to exclude new members..

If you'd like to see new "talent" then do whatever you can do on your end to promote the site. Post about it on Facebook and Reddit or even, dare I say, 4chan. Let people know in person, friends that you know irl, if you have any INTP friends irl. They don't even have to be INTP, just someone with an interest in what goes on here and who can contribute in a meaningful way.

I made a new account and they banned it.
They also blocked my new email as phishing.
The metaverse sucks too.
The real thing to look into the VR future is Nvidia omniverse.

It might not put of INTPs, as we understand other peoples point of view, but I can see how a german iron cross can be interpreted as nazi symbol.
Why I guess by extension might make people feel like this is some nazi site.
Black color and white letters are horrible.

Its straining my eyes.
I prefer light background and darker letters.

At least neutral colors would be fine.

If you want more women on this site I guess yellow or pink or hue of blue would be nice.
Green would not be out of the question, but green is too eco.

As for site I think its fine, but Id argue that site is at the mercy of people who join and stay and generate topics mostly.

Go to the hamburger menu, go down to the bottom and hit install app. Or you can use Taptalk. If they make an app and put it in playstore, they would have to moderate this whole site according to Googles policies...no thanks. They control enough things in our lives.

Yeah in order for this to be done, it requires extensive incentives from a few people, financial incentives I reckon.

I prefer black theme since it doesn't strain my eyes, I really dislike brightness in websites, I mean, the function is so you can understand the information not to increase my Myopia, but it could sort of reinforce INTPs are basement dwellers that hates sunlight.

unfortunately they banned all the interesting people

this forum used to be moderated by a bunch of cunty sjw mods, who themselves are no longer around. They did keep shitheads like redbaron around tho lol, who consistently turned this forum into a toxic cesspool - but you see he had all the right sjw opinions.

i even recall receiving subtle irl threats from some deranged antifa-type on here, and then getting told to fuck off when i told one of the mods. They kept him around too.
