Jordan Peterson said that mental illness is where you blow out at your weakest point once the stress has pushed you to the limit. But I would add that your strongest characteristic will create this unbalance. When I was petting my dog it seemed fine until you pet it in certain spots, its weak points. But in the points you can pet it, these spots are the strongest points. The ones it uses the most to counterbalance its weak points.

The first thing to do in a healing exercise is to find the strongest spot and relax it. This spot is pulling on all the weak spots keeping them weak. Once that is done (I begin with realigning my neck and spine) you can stretch all other spots and create more balance. Remember to work on the weak spots once pressure has been taken off of them. Laying on the floor is a good way to relax all muscles and see where the weak and strong ones are.

This is also true of vitamins and minerals. Genetically we are predisposed to certain forms of plastics in our bodies called proteins. The way these proteins stretch matters because this determines the elasticity of cell parts and the osmosis (transportation) of nutrients between the cellular systems. So it is good to first look at what it is you are deficient in and what build-up of toxic wastes there is inside you.

Finally, remember that in a mental and social setting emotions play a key role in regulating homeostasis. It is good to be calm, nonjudgmental, and tolerant of yourself and other people. It is important to learn how to control your emotional state such that in any situation the strength of character can improve.

If you are upset pause and think of what it is you are feeling and how you can integrate that feeling into yourself without hurting yourself. Make sure to slow down and think about the fact that you are not necessarily in danger and that things are fine as long as you can reflect on what needs to be done not what might go wrong, things are not as problematic as they seem to be.

If you have no energy or too much energy then get into a position where that can be intigrated.
