As much as I like last.fm and no matter how many great artists I found through it, there was always one thing that bothered me throughout the years: you can't search with multiple tags. Turns out, I was wrong. Today, I accidentally clicked on the subscriber button. No big deal, it simply shows all the extra tools you can use when you subscribe but some you can use without paying. One of these tools is Multi Tag Search. Naturally, I kind of freaked out. I'm a fan of avantgarde music and of unlikely genre combinations. It always bothered me that the remix of Arcturus' Master of Disguise from the Arcturus And The Deception Circus never saw a follow-up, otherwise Manes is the closest thing to a Black Metal/Hip-Hop hybrid. You know, that kind of stuff. Unfortunately, this Multi Tag Search suffers from yet another last.fm problem: artists with the same name share the same tag pool. You're probably asking yourself now if I spent the last hours hacking bizarre tags into this search engine. Why yes, yes I have. Although I haven't found any Black Metal/Hip-Hop. Life isn't fair after all. But at least I got me some Krautrock/Hip-Hop:
