Hey just pulling another all nighter here, and I really need to study so I'll have a go at making this quick, but, as I got distracted once again, running yet another rabbit trail...

:storks:

I thought of this old Newtonian quote:

"I do not know what I may appear to the world, but to myself I seem to have been only like a boy playing on the sea-shore, and diverting myself in now and then finding a smoother pebble or a prettier shell than ordinary, whilst the great ocean of truth lay all undiscovered before me." -Sir Isaac

Now this is a great quote by a great thinker no doubt, but I'm seeing the glass half empty this time for this reason: there is too much I feel like I have to know/learn/study. Carrying the metaphor a bit further, I feel like I have swam out into said ocean a bit too far, and am now struggling to stay above the waves.

Sounds like a personal problem I know, but I was wondering if anyone else has experienced this sensation before and come out alive, or is experiencing the same and wants to suffer alongside...
:slashnew:
Thanks

Evolutionary beginnings happen in liquid environments. Just ask the stromatolites.

And yeah, I frequently find myself floundering.
