Anonymous Ninja Posting?

Yeah, I thought the ability to post anonymously would be useful on this forum.

Specifically, for those who would like to rant, or bring up personal issues (This is awkward ) or a subject that one would just feel more comfortable bringing up anonymously - So maybe just grant the ability to post anonymously on a certain appropriate section of the forum?

I'm sure some of you have thought twice about typing/writing/saying/sharing something?

Pretty sure this would increase the number of users, who, perhaps at a point of time want some INTP assistance with any issues; as well as make the users more comfortable and secure with sharing personal information in greater depth, thus leading to a more informed and relevant reply to the anonymous OP, which may be of greater assistance?

Yes, their may be issues with granting anonymous posting, like trolling and perhaps consequently as an increased work load on the moderators (I guess?) - I know I wouldn't want that but perhaps those could be limited. (Given this, I guess there's no point, so fuck everything I just said)

Internet or not, I'm sure anonymity puts people at ease and has a significant effect... Away from societies cold, irrational, patronizing and conceptual judgement... *The devil's laugh appears as a mental image at this stage*

Thoughts? I feel like I'm being self-centered.

P.S. The word 'ninja' is there solely to attract more views, sorry, unfortunately, I just knew it would work.

I question whether I should have even bothered with everything I just wrote.. Hm... ... Yup this feels pretty useless as of now.

I would think your profile here is about as anonymous as it can get unless you reveal too many details. The IP addresses of even anonymous posters could be tracked, so... Not to mention anonymous posting would create a giant security hole.

Good idea though. Can't hurt to ask.

Well... if you have it so that you could ban the anonymous user. (like assign anon435 to every member[diff number of course]) the mods could ban the anon user which would ban the normal one. Only side effect is once banned everyone knows who you are and what you wanted to hide.... Probably would be hard to implement though.

On the other topic. This is rather anonymous unless you go full out in the underground social life of the forum
