As a comment I want to say this looks more well formulated than your other threads.

If I were to guess I'd say 5% ? of people are "woke" as per any group that exists on an extreme end of any spectrum.

People have called me "autistic" for being "libertarian" but that person did so because they considered everyone stupid but himself, he worked at a central bank once and was 140 on a test. Of course I could call him autistic back because he was illiterate on a.i. but he uses his intelligence to bully people and just be a dick no matter what I say. He doesn't care why people are the way they are. He just is right on everything because he said so, a dick.

It's a big topic, and an important one, as I see it we're talking about a global conspiracy to bring about the end of the free world and in Australia we're losing.

Also "controlled" is a bit much, I can't control anyone, I can't tell anyone not to create their own threads or tell them to post less about a topic and if me being outspoken means this forum isn't a "safe space" for progressive views, too bad.

Such safe spaces are part of the problem, nobody needs to be insulated from dissenting opinions for their own safety, if you disagree with me then do it, tell me why, make your case, don't just tell me to shut up because I'm taking up too much of your oxygen.

So like I can see where things get to by this.

I told my therapist this guy I know online is ideologically driven about intelligence not being measurable.

I said he would not admit proteins have shapes. Because once he does he would have to admit other things as to my line of reasoning following it to where intelligence is measurable.

But she said it was only my opinion he was driven ideologically. I said then why is it so hard for him to admit proteins have shapes? She asked her phone: do proteins have shapes? It said yes, proteins are folded into 3D shapes.

Telling others that actual truths are only opinions is a way to shut down the other person. And most people today only believe what the phone tells them to believe.

So yes people only follow what they are programmed to follow. This guy wants to program people into believing intelligence is not measurable.

I think it's a matter of personal investment, it sounds like this guy got a below average score on an IQ test so now it's a mattter of personal pride that IQ cannot be measured. Likewise someone who gets a high score will be invested in the idea that intelligence is measurable, because it's something they're proud of.

People can have stress or they can guess at random or many things that put them where they don't actually fit. What conclusion I came to was that these tests cannot be right because statistically it is like a coin flip. Not accurate at all. But brain waves do make things more objective.

The problem is that can you admit that objectivity even exists when it's explained to you. This guy is not even dumb or stupid but the school he came from was poor and SAT score was low but then he has more money than me and can do way more shit than I can but he no longer believes in objectively.

I studied these tests, I know why they work or don't he is not wrong about everything. But I have showed how and why with reasoning. All he can do is say, read these books and they prove via anti racism brains don't have anything to do with cognition.

Anything against ones religious beliefs mustn't be true. You must compartmentalize what is true and what is not otherwise you don't have a consistent view of reality.

We spend billions and billions of dollars on neuroscience and genetics. But because he reads books that use philosophy and all that stuff based on 1970s research that disproves Richard Dawkins. Then all modern science is debunked.

This works on people.

They change words to mean stuff that not true. But some people buy it. Because again religion. A cult works because you can get people to believe things based on authority telling them what's true. Read book X it's the truth. Everyone who says the opposite are bad people. Bla bla real science isn't true because 1960s failed science bla bla.

The real problem is that people cannot be objective. They are followers. This is why politics is the way it is. Not blue hair.

Once I find out people use chat GPT, I know that I can use my Superior English skills so make them believe whatever I want because I know how the chat bot thinks basically.

Many decision makers actually care about my input now because if I tell them to ask gpt about it, they talk to their personalized little friend and they basically function as a PR rep for me.

Regardless of partisanship or political ideology btw. These are things that can be determined with environment and temperament. Little to do with intelligence, like religion.
