What is my type? (Using a diagram of test results).

A friend of mine created a diagram of my results. My results are in the top right, and the diagram in the top left. She believes I might be ENTP. Not sure what the bottom right grid is entirely, might be reordered version of mine I guess?

The chart she's using for determining types is this:

It's obvious why I keep flip-flopping on my tests now; question is, how would yall interpret my results?
