Is there any productive activity that due to it's very nature can't be automated even with the use of some future Super AI?

Personally, I think not. It seems to me that if a 'system' is capable enough then it can learn any activity that humans can.

I'm not saying that everything that can be automated should be, just that pretty much everything could be.

People are lazy and don’t want to work for leisure so they think artificial intelligence is the answer to that plus “eternal life”, so that ultimately VR is their goal just to create indistinguishable from reality sex simulations since it will never happen for them in reality being too “socially awkward” for it. There’s no way AI won’t happen so that it kills us all before we can enter the superquantum computer itself, in fact artificial intelligence was never a coming attraction, it was alway already here and this is a multiversed simulation.

@Cognisant

We know the exact value of pi. It is pi.

@Pizzabeak

I'm not exactly sure how to reply to any of that.

Anything the human body can do is theoretically automatable with an equivalent robot body.

The basic problem for AI is that the world has a temporal dimension, and that if we are to think of ourselves as learning algorithms, we have 5 million years of learning behind us. The past is gone but the relevant data of that past is encoded to our genes and we use that information to make very good judgments about the world. The way we transfer that data to AI algos is that we design the algos with a certain structure of the world in mind. A machine doesn’t know anything about the structure of the world beyond what we tell it, so at the very least, things like scientific research and design of algorithms themselves are things machines won’t be doing anytime soon.

General intelligence can't be automated. Also novel problems can't be automated.

New problems would need to be emulated by conscious agents and then used to define processes by which solutions are streamlined and automated.

The thing about automation (not just AI but also non-intelligent systems like e-commerce, e-banking etc) is that these systems require quiet a bit of maintenance. Not as much as the number of people required pre-automation. That is why big tech has all these software engineers working for them. They spend at least 30% of their time maintaining existing systems. AI systems are even more complicated and need a lot more maintenance and update.
Also, there is incentive for the software industry to keep the 'maintenance' aspect of this alive so that their jobs aren't automated away :) . This is one of the reason why the industry hasn't been successful in developing a uniform platform or programming language.

One Planck Length is the smallest unit of measurement, so, by defining an end to howsmall things get,we define an end to the ratio, therefore, an end to pi. Automatable.

Sometimes AI means artificial intelligence as means of reproducing human brain capability so pretty much a lot of people when they say AI mean reproducing the human consciousness and with that you pretty much can automate anything lol.
