I have a referral for a semi-closed forum ( GFXPeers ) that has plenty, plenty of material from softwares, to tutorials, textures, 3d moddels, plugins, and more.
The forum does open new subs from once in a while, but usually takes a couple months. They have a website (GFXDomain) with most of the stuff, the bad side is that most links are down, while in the forum the torrents are up.
