What angle do you actually want to discuss?

It also sounds not like he "thinks it" but that they were possibly actually tested as such? Based on his wording? Not entirely clear...

Most of them did not like the program and opposed it (Stellar Wind). But the vast population of NSA are ISTJ on the Myers Briggs scale, which means they are afraid to stand up and oppose things to avoid conflicts.

Is that a valid description of ISTJ?

All angles. We wouldn't be INTPs otherwise.

He wasn't clear if they were tested after hiring, tested before being hired or if it was his own personal opinion.

If you need prompts:

What do you think about all your emails and phone calls completely accessible and possible under constant scrutiny of a bunch of overpowered ISTJs?

Would you rather another type was in charge?

Srsly? Notice any inherent bias in a question worded in such a way?

Would you rather another type was in charge?
(1) Every type has its problems, and (2) these questions essentially assume the worst of the types being discussed, i.e., "ISTJs are total asshats who want to abuse others."

What do you think the problems would be if the NSA was populated by INTPs? Or ENFPs? Or any other random type?

Are ISTJs actually in charge of the NSA, or just have a higher percentage of staff that gravitates towards the processing and maintenance of information on a consistent basis? Why do they gravitate there?

Do ISTJs possess any type of moral codes/standards that would help them not be abusive of information within their grasp?

lots of questions to discuss, I suppose....
