After a quick search on the forums, it seems there is no thread or discussion about this magnificient piece of software. It was first intended as the engine for a game but it since took a more experimental and gadgetish path.

It is a universe simulator that procedurally generates hypothetical content of the universe (beyond what we don't know about already of course.)
You can freely explore, contemplate various cosmic phenomenon, and share your findings, like a planet with green skies and ammoniac-based black-colored flora spread all over the planet. Or pretty much anything else that has a sufficient odd of existing.
The generation is procedural but uses the same seed for everyone, so any finding is sharable to people who use the same version (current one is v0.97)
You can go to examining mountains and valleys on any planet to looking at the first thousands galaxies in the milky way vicinity. In other words, yes, the game has a limit which is smaller than the reality, but still, the universe feeling is there. You can also play with time and make simulation, up to 1000000x speed if I am not mistaken.
Anyway, enough said. INTPs usually don't need that much presentation.
A video that gives a good impression of it.
