Not really sure what specifically you want...these are pretty well known bands so I doubt they're anything new to you but anyway. I like certain songs/albums, but the genre as a whole bores me a little bit...starts to feel a bit repetitive eventually.

love testament, though they're more thrash with that machismo and the epic warfare themes. technically and tonally it's close to what i want.

can't get over the singer in esseker. also it's not tight enough. some riffs and fills are quite good. this band is new to me btw.

i'm looking for hopeless despair manifested in proud craftsmanship, technical perfection, thematic excellence. it's a very minute thing.
