Si vs Se and its practical nullification

Ne + Fi is the most likely to trooly fear possibilitites.
I haven't read up on Si but I compare it to memory; database of past experience.
Se would not be unaware of their surroundings as seems implied, leading to decapitation. Se dominant means they're primary means of data collection is their immediate, tangible surroundings, and this perceptive function outranks all others including judging functions for the Se dominant.
