I would caution here, because I thought for some time I might be a psychopath or even narcissistic psychopath. I can be pretty rough.
Turns out I had suppressed emotions. I am literally a HSP cry baby. Once I unlocked emotions, a little, I actually have hyper empathy.
Completely changed the outlook on me, and even other people.
Used to assume if someone was asshole or acting all psycho they must be psychopaths.
Turns out its not that simple.
I literally cannot do violence much anymore. I could watch brutal stuff on the internet and not be bothered.
I literally cry now when I see violent shit.

Emotions are overrated anyway, emotion should be the fuel for your ambition and goal but your brain should always be on the steering wheels. To be moved and driven by it is human, but when you act recklessly because you don't control it you're giving too much control to the chimp side of your brain.

Yeah, it sucks. Emotions are emotions, they come and go.
But even psychopaths have emotions. Its just some of them don't help them connecting with people. Anger, fear is hardwired in all people.
Anger allows us to move forward, fear allows us to avoid danger, without them we be dead in a day.
