Personal coaching?

I've been struggling with the gap between my dreams and my reality and thought personal/life coaching could help me move in the right direction.

Have anyone got any experience with personal/life coaching? Did it help you? Did you change? Is change even possible?

If you want to meet with a personal coach, go for it. I also think you should identify your interests. Are you interested in science? Are you interested in writing?

I have quite a few interests. Science and new technology are right up there. Business and wealth management also piques my interest.

In the book 'Atlas Shrugged' Ayn Rand made a comparison I would aspire to: wealth is a matter of distinction (of quality) not necessarily of quantity, and that is something I would aspire to.

I think I will do the coaching.
