So. I was thinking about INTPs' brain structure and our goal to reach a "unified/interconnected truth" which would make sense of the universe. We are aware of the fact our perception is limited, so we reach out and talk with people to see different points of views in an attempt to develop our own inner system more to understand ourselves and the universe better, helping others to do the same along the way as well (which in return may or may not help us realize another significant point which is pondered over; the circle repeats.)

This all seems normal and fine right? This is our quest. For logic. Though, what if universe isn't "created" or doesn't exist with a certain interconnected logical base to explain it? We don't have a certain evidence to dismiss the possibility of everything being rather random, which we do accept to some point, but what if that was simply the truth?

What if how we just "know", "feel" it would make sense if knowing everything would explain everything in a logical window because that "makes sense to us" is just circular Ti-Si logic which is keeping us going on because it is scary to think our quest is futile and well, boring? What if we "know" and feel the urge to defend this interconnectedness out of base core instinct: fear? Fear of nothingness? Meaningless? What if we are afraid of universe not making sense, unlike other people who worry about their own meaningless, we just have a different focus but same core drive of emotions and fears underneath for meaning?

Just a food for thought. Curious what others think. :elephant:
