Something interesting happened today at work as one of my co-workers went to a window and said "Oh come look guys..." ofc i started to think there's something truly amazing and then he continued "There's car accident, police... plah plah".
There's lot of people there and everyone, one by one, some lasting longer than others partly because there wasn't much room at the window so they took turns and someone always commentating
I just sat there showing small bit of interest just so i'm not next on the line of "interesting" topics, i got distracted as i couldn't stop thinking what the hell makes people so... anyway :D

Funny thing tho, it was interesting event for me too just because it was interesting for others, target of the interest was just different.

Anyway, think of humans (this is actually for birds and other animals)

"Basic models of flocking behavior are controlled by three simple rules:
Separation - avoid crowding neighbors (short range repulsion)
Alignment - steer towards average heading of neighbors
Cohesion - steer towards average position of neighbors (long range attraction)
With these three simple rules, the flock moves in an extremely realistic way, creating complex motion and interaction that would be extremely hard to create otherwise."

Haha

Interesting post, and this part is really funny to me because I strongly relate. I find that, at least socially, I am often interested in "what others are interested in", perhaps moreso at times than I am interested in things on their own merits.

On a forum like this, for instance, I am prone to hanging around stalking the "Who's Online" list, then following people into threads and trying to figure out what they're reading, and why they'd find it interesting. Which is why I stay hidden. :D:phear:

Now i feel sense of accomplishment in that i lured you out of the bushes and broke your silence, there's no going back anytime soon. You often engage in this self destructive behavior? I kid ofc :)
