I think he answers directly and candidly.

When I talk to my therapist I do need to keep on my toes because I do not want to offend her. I talk fast so I pause if I realize I am not going to say the right things and move on in my unconscious to something else quickly. My eyes dart around allot because I am trying to direct where my thoughts are going.

I guess that means you have more balance of your inner and outer awareness. I tend to get swept up in all the feelings of judgement in the room and not knowing what I can safely say or not. How do I respond to something to impress, that isn't something I know automatically. But I suspect INTP's are worse at this than INFP who are more connected to what others are seeking verbally.
