An unbreakable bond
Well thinking about how Dopamine and Serotonin work in the brain i came to a better understanding of Extraversion and Introversion. The left brain frontal lobes use dopamine as positive reinforcement (forward actions). The right brain frontal lobe use serotonin as negative reinforcement (inhibition). Jung says Introversion is monopolizing and Extroversion is expending or propagating. By this it could mean that one focuses on one task well and the other focuses on many tasks but less efficiently. This can be seen in K and R selection breeding patterns; investment in one task or multi tasks. Functions would follow the same model but combining them into the four function types (Feeling, Thinking, Intuition, Sensing).
Extraverted Feeling focuses on understand as many people as possible (social relations). Introverted Feeling focuses on understand the individual (key psychic flow inside them).
Both are empathetic but Fi can know a person intimately well Fe can know if they will cause others to react.
Extraverted Thinking wants to extrapolate as many thinking tools as possible (they calculate all methods finding methods that work).
Introverted Thinking wants to refine their thinking tools (they strip away methods that won't work).
Both rely on correct methods but Ti is concerned with creating them not finding them like Te.
Extroverted Sensation tolerates as many sensations as possible (they build a map of sensory data by taking in everything).
Introverted Sensation focuses on one object of sensation at a time(they want a detailed map of selected places and things)
Both experience the world but Si is more likely to observe differences Se misses.
Extroverted Intuition is concerned with realizing as many ideas as possible to combine them in multiple ways(multiple interpretations are realized)
Introverted Intuition is concerned with realizing one idea to its fullest, it has realization and then knows everything that is connected to that realization as a holistic summation (everything it knows is about an idea is realized)
Both have ideas but Ni ideas are more complete as to everything they know gives them the the ability to know a single outcome, Ne has multiple outcomes realized and it does not know which ones are definite. Ni is based on their total experience; Ne leads to new opportunities to act.
Given that that i relates Extroversion to action and Intuition to inhibition we can extrapolate that when an introverted function is in effect the extroverted function is suppressed. But this does not mean it is totally suppressed. There is a balance to all 8 functions on which ones are in effect:

The first function to develop in INTP is Ti. Ti dominates Fi because if both worked together all perception would be suppressed. Ti then must be stronger than Fe so that Ne is next not Ni. This creates a cascade: Ti connects to Ne and Si and Fe is less influential.
Ti interfaces between Si observations and Ne combinations; Fe is being in the frontal left lobe will not gain dopamine through social relationships because of Ti. The actions of social relationships will be to reinforce Ti. Si will suppress Fe if because Si observations see which Fe diminish Ti. Fe and Ne work better together in ENTP but in INTP Ne tells Ti lots of positive and negative possibilities that Fe can lead to Ti diminishment or enhancement.
Further elaboration is needed but it would need to be done based off more comprehension of brain structure.
