You'd probably have to have a specialty in order to do that. I know tourism and electronics are decent ways to get in. There's a surge in the interest to teach english now though, because the educators think the reason they're behind in globalization is because of their lack of language. If you have background in tech or something like engineering or chem Korea might be an okay alternative, the business is better there. But the biggest problem of getting in is probably the language and the cultural difference, haha. Being a foreigner in East Asia can be taxing.
