Koenio, I actually had to google-translate your comment cs I ain't dutch. Been NL-living for less than a year, thus I do not have any real answer to your question. There is a research paper out there though displaying the Netherlands and Belgium as having more Intps than your average random western world place. With Ireland or Iceland (sorry I can't remember) taking the lead. Much good luck.
