I am currently waiting for a shabbily embarked upon marula beer batch to see the light of day, and recalling a specific member of this forum mentioning the brewing of toilet wine some time ago, I pose the question of whether any of you have experience with brewing alcohol, whether as profession, yuppily microbrewing or whatever one does call it or just letting some hooch wait it out, all hidden away.
(Starting to read up more on this, think after this project canned fruits might be an interesting experiment, will have to get decent brewer's yeast then...)
