Behind all subjective reasoning is a biochemical process that can be broken down into small objective reasons.

Example:

My favorite frozen yogurt is chocolate because when I eat it my taste buds send a chemical signal to my brain that releases more dopamine than the rest of the other flavors because their is a slightly higher sugar and fat content in it.

Or...

My favorite frozen yogurt is probiotic strawberry banana because I have rationalized that it is the healthiest choice and I get this intrinsic good feeling inside me from the preconceptions that have been formed in my mind.
